Step inside our Winter Wonderland!
Blue Mountains Ice Skating Rink is a new, permanent facility, tucked away in the beautiful town of Leura, Blue Mountains amongst the Fairmont Resort. Our rink is halfway between Lithgow and Penrith, just 50 minutes from each, and less than 10 minutes from Katoomba.
The 600 square metre indoor rink is the COOLEST venue in the Mountains - open daily all year round*. Whether you are a local, visitor or Fairmont Resort guest - everyone is welcome to join in on the fun!
We offer a variety of public and specialty sessions, including our Learn 2 Skate program, Coffee Club, Stick & Puck sessions, kids’ birthday parties, weekly disco nights, school holiday activities, team building events, school sport groups, figure skating shows and more!
Ice skating is the perfect family activity, with children from 2 and up welcome to skate. Penguin skating aids are available to hire to assist with balance. Spectators may enter without any additional charge.
Opening our doors to the public on 17th November 2022, Blue Mountains Ice Skating Rink has been catering to the greater Blue Mountains and Western Sydney community providing a fun, welcoming family friendly venue for locals and visitors alike.
