Stick & Puck offers exclusive rink access for self-directed ice-hockey practice, skill development, and friendly games eg. 2v2 or half court scrimmage. These sessions are open to all - seasoned players and hockey newbies alike, however, please note basic skating ability is required (skating independently and know how to stop effectively at a minimum).

Helmets are mandatory (available free of charge), all other safety gear is up to the individual and BYO.
